Independence House has been developed by London Ebor Developments Ltd, a family-owned residential and commercial property development company, working in York and London.
The company was established in 1987 and has its head office at Independence House.
It focuses on the development of commercial office spaces and warehouses, as well as high quality homes and refurbishment projects including barn conversions and restoring character properties.
Independence House was the former business premises for Barratt Developments plc, and has now been redeveloped and greatly extended to create modern, stylish and spacious flexible office space in a great location.
London Ebor Developments worked with Vincent & Brown architects and GEM Construction to deliver Independence House to a high standard.
